Meet Bono!

Hey there, my name is Bono and I am a really sweet ex-racing greyhound now looking for my forever home. After doing a bit of digging, the staff here discovered I only just turned 2, so I am a younger greyhound!

I am now ready to start my new life as a pet with my new forever family. I'm a typical greyhound, meaning I love to zoom around for 20 minutes, and then sleep for the rest of the day. I hope you have a comfy bed and sofa ready for me to take over! I am super lovely to walk on a lead, and will mostly trot alongside you. I have got a prey-drive which is very typical of my breed, so I do love watching squirrels, and would chase them if I was off-lead, so my new owners will have to walk me on-lead and only have me off-lead in specific enclosed fields that can be hired out.

I have probably lived around other greyhounds in the kennels when racing, and don't seem overly fussed by the dogs here at the centre, so I could live with another dog pending intros (smaller, fluffier dogs may not be suitable - I may get confused and think they are rabbits!). I will not be able to live in a home with cats as I will try to chase them, and that's unfair on us both! I could live with older children pending intros at the centre too.
