Meet Ace!

Hello my name is Ace and I am a gorgeous young Collie x Lurcher.
I am on the look out for a very special home, somewhere that will continue with all the fantastic work that the team here at the centre have done with me.
I came in as a very scared and timid boy and it took me a very long time to trust my new friends. So ideally I would need new owners that perhaps have Collie experience and who have the knowledge to help a complex and nervous boy like me. Please do understand that once I trust you I will show you the real me.....and am full of fun, play and lots and lots of love.
The team here have seen me move.....I love to run and jump.....and believe I would suit a sporty or active type home, perhaps someone who has an interest in agility or the like. I have been meeting new doggy friends here at the centre and have loved this and love nothing more than having a play with my pals, so the team here think a home with another dog would be great for me. I do have a high prey drive so would be looking to chase cats or birds I'm afraid.
I am going to need lots of patience and gentle handling, and ideally a home with a secure garden to help me progress and have off lead time whilst I get to know you and settle in. I really do hope there is that special person out there just for me as I am going to make someone a very special friend.
