Meet Hunter!

Hi friends!! It's Hunter here and I'm a 7 year old Jack Russell Terrier on the lookout for my fun, forever home. If you know and love us Jack Russells then you'll know and love me! And don't be fooled by my middle-aged years at 7 years old....I am a spring chicken and act as such so am looking for an active family to match my energy levels.

I can be a very worried little man and I am worried by new people until I have had the chance to make friends. So I'll need a patient approach and lots of kindness when I'm worried. Once I've learnt to trust you we will be firm best friends and then I will enjoy playtime and cuddles with you. I'm not really a lap dog kinda guy but like to hang out with you. I might still be worried though by those outside of my trusted circle so will be looking for a home where there isn't too much coming and going with new people.

I adore playtime- my favourite game in the whole wide world is fetch but I also love squeaky soft teddies and proudly parade them around squeaking them. I also love my adventures but am used to the more rural kinda life so I'm looking for a home where walkies are in the open countryside rather than the hustle and bustle of busy towns. I have a few little insecurities so I'm looking for an experienced home and even better if you've had Terrier boys like me before.

I have lived with a dog before and could maybe do so again although I'm not the biggest fan of sharing my things and would be happy being the only pooch in your life. I'm not looking to share my home with any children and I really don't know how I would feel about our feline friends.
