Meet Jonjo!

Hi, meet Jonjo a 4 year old super sweet ex racing greyhound looking for his forever home.

This lovely boy likes to say hi to everybody he meets for a bit of fuss and attention whilst out on his walks at the centre. He will lean against your legs for a good old body rub. He likes some off lead time in our secure runs especially to do zoomies, as this lad loves to run. He is still getting use to toys and play.

He is looking for a family who will be at home a lot of the time and be understanding of his needs, as he has only known kennel life so he will need to settle in.

He could live happily with another dog in his new home ideally a dog of a similar size. But the dogs would need to meet at the centre first to ensure they are a good match. He wouldn’t be able to live with small dogs or cats because he would be too tempted to chase them.

He can live with older children 10 plus as he does like to jump up at people in excitement. Also someone who would be able to read his body language and understand when he needs space, or some reassurance. Ideally we are looking for someone with a large garden to run around in.
