Meet Bobby!

Meet Bobby a super sweet ex racing greyhound who will be 5 years old in July looking for his forever home.

Like a typical Greyhound he enjoys slow walks some fuss and snoozing the day away. He has spent some time off lead in our secure runs, but hasn't been too much of a fan of zoomies so far. He is getting to know what toys and play is all about.

He is looking for a family who will be home a lot of the time and be understanding of his needs to help me settle in, as he has only known kennel life so far. Also someone who would be able to read his body language and understand when he needs space, or some reassurance. Ideally for someone to have a large garden he can run around in.

He could live happily with another dog in his new home ideally of similar size, but they would need to meet at the centre first for introductions. He wouldn’t be able to live with small dogs or cats because he would be too tempted to chase them.

He has never been around children in his life, but we feel he could live with older children over 8 years of age.
