Meet Goose!

Hi, I'm Goose and I’m a 4-month-old Old Time Bulldog with big paws, a bigger heart, and the biggest personality. I ended up at the rescue after my previous human couldn’t take care of me anymore, but don’t worry – I’ve been living my best life in foster care with one of the lovely team members, and I’m thriving!

I’m a smart cookie – I already know my name, how to sit, lie down, give paw, “touch,” and even spin! (Yep, I can spin. Fancy, right?) I love learning and I really love food – mealtimes are my favourite, especially if there are carrots involved. Fruits and veggies? Yes please!

I’m a total sweetheart and a massive cuddle bug. People can’t help but stop and say hi when they see me – and I soak up all the attention like a little sponge. I just want to love and be loved.

Because I love my humans so much, I do struggle a little with separation anxiety. When I’ve built a bond, I love hard – which means it can be tricky for me to understand that it’s okay to be left on my own. I’ll need patient humans who can give me reassurance and gently help me learn that being alone sometimes is safe and not scary. With time, consistency, and lots of love, I’ll get there.

I’m still a puppy and a boisterous boy – which means I’d be best with older children who understand my playful ways. I could definitely live with another dog, especially one who enjoys bouncy, silly play like I do! I haven’t met a cat yet, but with the right introduction, I might do just fine.

Honestly? I’m pretty close to puppy perfection. All I need now is a family to grow up with – could that be you?
